Cardiological rehabilitation

We invite you to make use of a cardiological rehabilitation programme provided by provided by No. 22 Military Rehabilitation Spa Hospital (22 Wojskowy Szpital Uzdrowiskowo-Rehabilitacyjny) that is cooperating with us, only 80 meters away from our Center.
 
You can complete all formalities in our Center. You will spend your free time between rehabilitation procedures in comfortable conditions of our guest house.

1. Patients' profile

• Acute Coronary Syndromes: Acute Coronary Syndromes heart attack, angina pectoris instabilis cured by PTCA
• cardiosurgery procedures: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, CABG, repair surgery.

2. Aims of Rehabilitation

• Bringing back to normal daily life activity (family, professional and social)
• Restoring optimal physical capacity
• Restoring psychosocial balance eliminating depressive reactions
• Shortening the period of hospital treatment after cardiosuregry procedures
• Diagnostics and elimination of factors that are known to cause coronary (heart) disease
• Diagnostics and treatment of early complication in patients after the acute period of the disease
• Optimization of pharmacotherapy
• Reducing the number of renewed hospitalization
• Life extension and improvement of the quality of life
• Introducing pro- healthy attitudes.

3. Methods

• constant, specialist medical and nursing care, supervision and control of the rehabilitation process
• kinesitherapeutic treatment (gymnastics, cardiological trainings)
• psychotherapeutic treatment (Fighting Addiction)
• rehabilitation- Physiotherapeutic treatment
• group and individual psychotherapy
• Lab tests
• Diagnostic examinations
• Pro- healthy education (lectures, dietetics).

Package price - 75,00 zl/per day
the minimum treatment time: 10 treatment days

The price includes:

1. Treatment-rehabilitation procedures (from Monday to Saturday, except holidays) according to the doctor's order

• Cardiological and Respiratory gymnastics in groups
• controled cardiological training
• 1 physiotherapeutic procedure (for example: laser, viofor)
• perl bath or massage on water bed or water-air massage
• group psychotherapy.

3. Laboratory tests ( one time)

• Jionogram (sodium, potassium, ionized calcium)
• plasma glucose
• complete cholesterol
• complete blood morphology
• prothrombin time according to needs.

4. Diagnostic tests according to the doctor's order:

• EKG with a description
• Exercise cardiac stress test or Echocardiogram or Holter electrocardiogram (ECG).
